I usually clean the floors with a water vinegar mix and let them air dry. My tiles are always dirty. Normally tiles require very little time and effort to keep clean. Is there some type of effective sealer or cleaner that will help with the footprints showing on my almost black tile floors.

All you have to do is clean the floor properly with heavy duty tile and grout cleaner. You should only need a bit of water and vinegar once a week. Every second or third cleaning you should clean your floors with pure water. But the problem is cleaning dirty tiles floor often becomes tedious chores.

Avoid vinegar because vinegar can break down any sealants that may be applied to grout or floor.
